What conditions apply to the Free Kitchen Visualization offer?

Your free visualization is provided based on the information you provide. We will create the visualization in black and white, as accurately as we can, based on the instructions given. Items we do not sell (such as appliances, sinks, faucets and architectural elements) will be added using available 3D models from online archives. We will do our best to choose appliances that fit the style or model you have noted.

If certain information such as door styles are not noted, we will provide the visualization with our standard options.

Limit one visualization per household. If you require revisions, we would be happy to provide them for a small fee or upon receipt of a deposit for your Greentea kitchen cabinets.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your visualization to be completed and sent back to you.

** Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for issues like plumbing or wiring that may prevent you from laying out your kitchen in a specific way.

We're happy to answer questions, however if you have a lot of information you'd like to go over then please schedule a free kitchen consultation. Our staff can be quite busy and may not have the information on hand to answer a large number of questions; if you book a consultation, one of our kitchen designers will put aside an hour or two to work on your kitchen with you.
