This updated version of the classic Japanese Step Chest makes an unconventional end table and a wonderful conversation piece.

Versatile and unusual, the Small Step Chest has plenty of different-sized storage compartments, and the steps themselves make excellent display areas.

Its sliding doors and pull-out drawers are accessible from both sides, making it one of our most multifaceted end tables.

Available in Elm or Gingko wood, with your choice of stain and hardware.

Side Table Step Chests

These pieces are designed for those who want the look of a full step chest but want it to function as an end table or in a smaller space.

They are constructed of the same solid reclaimed elm and gingko wood as our full size models and use the same hand forged iron and brass hardware.

They are also two-sided so they can be accessed from either side.
